Summary
When a soon-to-be-married frat boy doesn't want to give up his bachelor pad, he decides to share his small New York City apartment with two tenants: Ellen, a dental hygienist with a passion for painting, and Sam (Matthew Broderick), a gourmet chef looking for privacy. Although they occupy the space on alternate days, Ellen and Sam fall in love with each other.
